Refund and Cancellation Policy

At RPK Eye Clinic, we follow a transparent and fair refund policy for all our patients and customers. Please read the terms below carefully before proceeding with any payment or purchase.

1. Consultation Fee
  • Consultation fees paid in advance will not be refunded if the patient fails to attend the scheduled appointment or does not turn up.

  • However, patients may reschedule their consultation once, provided prior notice is given at least 24 hours before the appointment time.

2. Frame Purchases
  • Frames purchased online or in-person may be returned within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided they are unused and in their original packaging.

  • The refund will be processed within 7 working days via the same payment method used during purchase.

3. Prescription Lenses
  • Customized lenses (including prescription, progressive, or tinted lenses) are non-refundable, as they are made specifically according to individual prescriptions.

  • If a frame with customized lenses is returned, only the frame cost will be refunded (if eligible), not the lens cost.

4. Cancellation and Refund Process
  • To request a refund or report an issue, please email us at [insert your clinic email address] with your payment details and reason for the request.

  • Once verified, the eligible amount will be refunded within 7 working days to the original mode of payment.

5. Exceptions
  • No refunds apply for partial use of services or in cases where services have already been rendered.

  • Management reserves the right to decline refunds that do not meet the above criteria.
